These terms and conditions describe the obligations to be met by the client and Evertop Health Limited. The client undertakes to comply with them without reserve when placing their order, and Evertop Health Limited undertakes to honour them.

These terms and conditions may be subject to change without notice.

PRICES
Prices are in GBP and include Value Added Tax at 17.5%.  Evertop Health Limited reserves the right to revise them at any time. 

PHOTOS
Whilst every effort is made to clearly depict the product, the photos illustrating the products are not always contractual and Evertop Health Limited cannot be held responsible for them. Minor changes and continual developments to the product could mean that the product you receive looks slightly different from that depicted within this website.

ORDER
Orders and payment details are taken through a third party shopping cart, with payment details being accepted through a secure page. Payments are not authenticated upon checkout. The order will only be valid once payment has been accepted. The Company reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. The client is solely responsible in the case of bad data entry of address or personal information likely to lead to the non-delivery of goods. 

PAYMENT BY INSTALLMENTS
Payment by installments is available to home users only and is not available to businesses or sole trader practitioners. Your initial payment will be taken near to the date you place your order, before the order is delivered. Subsequent payments will be taken 1 month from the date of delivery and monthly on that date thereafter. The machine remains the property of Evertop Health Limited until the final payment is received. Failure to make payment could result in interest being incurred or the machine being repossessed.

GUARANTEE
Vibration Plate Pro equipment includes a guarantee of three years against faulty manufacture (on condition that the instructions included with the products have been adhered to and that no unauthorized modifications or repairs have taken place). No return of goods will be accepted without our prior written approval.

DELIVERY (UK MAINLAND)
We will do our utmost to deliver your order within two weeks of your order being accepted. In most circumstances delivery will be within 7 days but in rare scenarios delivery may take up to 28 days. We will do our best to provide an expected timeframe at the time your order is processed. Closer to expected delivery date we will email and/or call to arrange a specific delivery day and advise an estimated time of day. We often deliver at weekends but cannot guarantee a weekend delivery. Deliveries are carried out by a third party who can only assist you from the time they contact you up until delivery is completed. For customer services always contact Evertop Health Limited.

DELIVERY (Ireland, NI and other UK islands)
There will be an additional shipping charge for non-mainland addresses. For Northern Ireland and Dublin shipping will be an additional £85. For Republic of Ireland shipping will be and additional £105. Delivery estimate is 4 working days. For all other non-mainland addresses shipping will can be quoted upon request. Delivery will be arranged through a pallet freight handler. We cannot give exact delivery times, however, we can advise you about the expected delivery date, although this will not be guaranteed. If you are absent from your defined delivery address at the time of delivery, a delivery advice note will be  left in your letterbox with the details of the transporter so that you can contact them and arrange a time for a second delivery. There may be a redelivery charge for which the client is 100% responsible.contact@world-slim.com

MACHINE ASSEMBLY (UK MAINLAND)
Our third party appointed delivery company will complete installation in a location of your choosing only at the agreed delivery premises. We endeavour to remove waste packaging, however, depending on conditions on the delivery vehicle, the waste packaging may be left with the customer for considerate disposal.

MACHINE ASSEMBLY (Ireland, NI and other UK islands)
Our equipment will be provided as a flat pack with assembly instructions. Pay close attention to the step by step instructions to avoid any error in assembly. Assembly of the equipment does not require any qualification and is easy for anybody to complete. The flat pack includes the necessary tools to complete installation, although use of a spirit level when assembling your product is strongly recommended for best results. As we cannot guarantee the inclusion of the necessary tools we recommend that as a precaution you are additionally prepared with a Philips screwdriver and an Alan-key set.

CANCELLATION
In accordance with distance selling regulations you have a 7 day cooling off period after receiving your product, during which you may cancel your order and return the goods to us. Please contact Evertop Health Limited to notify us of your cancellation before making any attempt to return the goods. If you choose to cancel your order the goods must be unused and in new condition, and the client will be fully liable for tranport costs involved in collection, return and restocking of the product.
Return costs are to be borne entirely by you.
Once the products have been checked, you will be refunded the amount of your order, less any damages.
